These Wii labeled SD cards used to be very overpriced as some of the reviews indicate. However at less than 4 they are now reasonable value either for use with the Wii, or any other device which uses SD cards. It is worth noting that as has been said this is just a normal SD card (of good make) and does not offer any actual benefit for Wii use over a none Wii labeled good quality SD card.

It is an SD card for the Wii, best capacity etc etc. if you want some cheaper knock off... then go buy one, but for me it was worth spending the 15 for and official SD card that matches my wii and i have no worries about the quality of the card. it does everything you want it to do, it has that little lock thing on the side for write protection too :D

This is basically a sd card, no more and no less. This is just a sly marketing trick to gather more money. Ive got the same brand sd card for wii for half the price. Just because it says its designed for wii, doesnt mean its only designed and compatible with only wii. It will work with anything and everything. Get a standard sd card, any will work with wii.

This a %100 normal sd card but the only diffrence is that it is licensed by nintendo and says the word "wii" on it.
It does not go extra fast or anything like that.
if you want a memory card for the wii buy a normal sd card (you can get a 4gb one for the price of a 2gb "wii" one) which has a good speed and is reliable.

This SD card does exactly whats its meant to do. It can backup VC and wiiware games and game saves. It can hold any type of media you want and it is useful for transferring stuff between computer and wii like screenshots and stages on super smash bros brawl. Having said all this though any SD card can do this and this one has a large price tage considering what it is so save your money and go for a cheaper one.
