There are two versions of the game - one for boys and one for girls. The two versions have a different selection of minigames designed to appeal to sons and daughters alike, with the boy version featuring games like "toy train" or "drive the car," and the girl version offering games like "colour the animals" or "little kitchen." I Did It Mum offers simple but fun challenges for this age group, which they can enjoy completing with a parent. Additional feature allowing a voice recording option for Mum to encourage their child when completing the minigames.

I bought this for my 4 year old son and we were both pleasantly delighted. It has the right level of games, graphics and challenges to encourage and amuse him. The nature of games are quite like a pre-school education (coloring, music notes, drawing) but it has added challenge games like spot the difference, match pairs, numbers. To my surprise he also loved the little train that just runs around and around on different circuits (how anyone find that amusing is beyond me - kids!!!).
I wish there were more games like these.

I bought this as my 4 year old son was desperate to play on the ds and as a lot of games require the ability to read he was limited to the ones he could play.
He loves this game, in fact i have to limited the time he is on it. He especially enjoys the train game, the monster bashing and the puzzles.
Would recommend this for ant 4 year old boy but beware they may love it too much!!!

My 3 year old son got this game for Christmas and plays it every day on my DS Lite (I don't get a look in any more). He loves all the levels especially the train and also recording his own voice!

I bought this for my 2 year old so he could play like his big brother! He loves it, making colored pictures and playing the musical instruments are the best, hes probably a little two young for some of the other games, His older brother also loved the train track!

I got my DS a few months back, and my 4yr old son started taking an interest in it but all my games were too hard for him. Until i found this one, he just loves this game. for anyone with kids ages 3-6 this would be ideal, as it's easy enough for them to do on their own. Some of the games are a little too hard at the min for my son (e.g counting one) but give it a few months and he'll be doing them. My son loves the train one best (not much to it as you just watch the train go round the track, but he can change the type of train and the speed, doesn't take much to impress - the easier the better. Educational, and entertaining for those long journeys. (tip - don't let them play for too long, i usually let my son play for 15mins at a time)
includes drawing, colouring in, spot the difference, memory games, hit the monster plus more.....
