Pros:
-Sensitivity Change
-Analog Pads are above average in terms of endurance
-PC,PS2,PS3 support

Cons:
-The D-Pad will be very hard to get used to and if you have an average hand size it will probably be impossible to ever use it.
-Very hard to actually use the Analog Pads to play anything since you expect a lighting fast response usually instead of seeing the game over screen because the controlls lagged
-If you want this for games that require you to push buttons very fast look for something else since the delay is simply horrible

Even though the Pros and Cons are the same number the Pros are simply to insignificant to actually make it worth buying.
