OK I HAVE READ THE SLATING IT HAS GOT FROM THE OTHER REVIEW BUT I AM GOING TO BASE MINE SIMPLY ON WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOX AND THAT IS THAT IT IS MEANT TO BE A PICK UP AND PLAY EASY TO CONTROL GAME. ITS NOT MEANT TO BE INDEPTH AND TRY AND WORK OUT THE 10 MILLION MOVES THAT ARE AVAILABLE TYPE OF GAME BUT A SIMPLE ONE ANYONE CAN PLAY. ITS COLOURFUL EASY TO PLAY AND VERY APPEALING. SURE IT DONT TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO PLAY IT BUT SOMETIMES I JUST WANNA PICK UP A GAME AND SIMPLY PLAY IT. HOWEVER I CAN SEE WHERE A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD GET UPSET IF THEY HAVE PAID 40 FOR IT AND I WANT TO STRESS THAT MY REVIEW IS BASED ON ME PAYING 9.99 FOR IT WHEN I IMPORTED IT FROM SINGAPORE ON A VERY WELL KNOWN INTERNET BASED AUCTION SITE. IT IS REGION 1 BUT IF YOUR TV IS NTSC COMPATABLE (AND EVEN MY FOSSIL OF A TV IS) THEN THEY PLAY JUST FINE.SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR VISIT THE AUCTION SITE AND TRY TO GET IT FOR LESS THAN A TENNER ( YES IT WAS NEW AND SEALED)AND GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH.

A simplistic American football game in the style of EA's "street" series. It's basically Madden played 7-aside but with none of the depth and very little added to compensate.
Usually these type of games have outrageous moves, hard hits, showboating etc and are designed as a pick up and play arcade experience...This game has nothing. I can't really find the words to describe how little this game has to offer, so i'll describe my experience:
Load game, enter tour mode. Choose play from very limited playbook.
Press x to "snap", press x to pass.....Score.
Now defence, choose play from very limited playbook. Press square to tackle....Sack quarterback.
Repeat this for 1 hour and get "rewarded" by some "humourous" yank telling me I rock etc, but it's going to be tougher this time because (wait for it....) now it's going to be first to 24 points!!! (I felt a bit overwhelmed in all the excitement by this point).
My only saving grace is I rented this game - yay! - So the only cost was the hour of my life I wasted, I intend on sending EA the invoice....And I don't come cheap.
