I've been waiting so long for this DVD! I saw Tinselworm live in Manchester almost a year ago now and I honestly feel it is one of Bill Bailey's best shows to date.
While you have to appreciate that every live show is different, causing various input/interaction with the audience, the majority of the show will be the same as what I saw - and it's all pure comedy gold.
From the Pot Noodle Horn to Gong Jousting - Bill Bailey once again dazzles us with music, props and an ability to go off on a tangent about why you should only eat Revels with a bucket on your head!
If you're a Bill Bailey fan you'll adore this DVD as much as his other work. If you know someone who is a Bill Bailey fan - the timing couldn't be better! - This would be an ideal Christmas pressie!

This has to be one of the best stand-up comic nights I have seen. There were laughs at least every minute, and although this review is only based on the show I saw in Bournemouth, I would strongly recommend you get this if you are in any way a fan, or just want a laugh!

Was at the Wembley show that this was recorded at and I certainly was not disappointed. I had been eagerly anticipating this show from the moment I bought the ticket, and it lived up to all my expectations. Whilst I would love to see him do a more intimate gig at some point (I love all of his other shows but have only seen them on DVD), I thought that he played the massive arena brilliantly, my hands were sore from clapping! I thought his use of special effects and videos was fantastically executed, the only bad thing that I can say about it is that at several points during the evening I couldn't see what was going on through my tears of laughter. Well done Bill!

I was at the Newcastle performance of Tinselworm last year., so my review is purely based on what I saw there.
From the pre-show animations to love song ending, this show was every bit as funny as previous performances. The comedy was just as witty and Mr Bailey showed his superior intelligence with his comebacks toward hecklers.
The songs were pure genius and the 'Hey! ASDA I ain't gonna be your bitch' song left me howling.
The AA letter and his usual attack upon current affairs, such as G.W.Bush and Co, make the DVD a must-see.
If you like Bill Bailey you will probably buy this anyway, but if you have never seen Bill Bailey or have never seen Tinselworm, I would encourage you to buy it, but be warned you may need to strengthen you stomach muscles because they may be hurting come the end of the DVD.

Like a previous reviewer, I also saw the live show in Bournemouth, and can honestly saw for those who have not yet done so - buy this DVD. Even the animated introduction provokes tears of laughter. Bill Bailey is hysterically funny in this show - I Like Ham but I'm not a Hamster, Asda, I ain't Gonna Be Your Bitch (how true), and the Gong Jousting are just a few gems from this show. One question remains - Bill, where can I get the Segway/Trouserpress combo?
