Gamer Testing Ground Review Video

Summer is go-time for video game testers. The reason is that gaming companies make the most of their money at Christmas - so they need to get the QA phase out of the way nice and early. Its definitely a great time to be looking for game testing jobs - just be careful as there are plenty of scam guides out there too. This article will review the 3 top game testing guides that I know will deliver you jobs.

Number 1 – Gamer Testing Ground

Coming in at first place is gamer testing ground review In general the job offers seem to be more frequent and of higher pay with gamer testing ground. This is completely dependent on the gaming platform you want to test games on - Xbox 360 gets the highest rates, while PC games tend to pay less. The key to success is to be able to test games across multiple platforms. The customer support at gamer testing ground is really good - which will help keep you on the right track when you start applying for all those jobs. One minor drawback is that you need to be over 18 years old to apply for any of the jobs at gamer testing ground.

Second Place – Game Tester Guide

Game tester guide gets a decent selection of job offers across all the major gaming platforms. You only need to have 1 gaming platform and be over 15 years of age to be eligible for the video game tester job. What normally happens is you receive the game in the mail with a feedback form. You then have to return the game with the feedback you discovered to the gaming company. You then get your check in the mail - pretty easy huh.

Third Place – Only 4 Gamers

Only 4 gamers tend to attract jobs worldwide - not only in the US. Furthermore the guide has no age limits, so you can get involved no matter how old you are. Their customer support is OK i guess - all my questions were answered in 3 ays. A bonus of Only 4 Gamers is that you only have to pay a 1-off fee for a lifetime membership.

Conclusion

It is very difficult to get a video game tester job direct from a video game company. This is why there are so many video game tester guides on the net. You should definitely be careful of scam guides - there are a bunch of them online. You should always make sure you can get a refund after testing out the guide - in case the jobs dont come through. I strongly recommend you try out Gamer Testing Ground - it has some very positive feedback and I know gamers who have landed some good paying jobs from them.

Every gamers dream, hell every guys dream, is to become a game tester, easy job, get to play the best games. Although, I have been told that it’s not all it’s cracked up to be, apparently they don’t treat you very well and you can come in and find out you have lost your job.
