ECW Original who gave this game one star. Learn how to speak English then write a review. GTA is a completely different genre to Metal Gear Solid for starters. And the newest PS3 incarnation is a complete rehash off all things past GTA. So dont even compare it. The Installations take 3 minutes and happen every few hours. The Cut scenes are extremely interesting and i didnt find them overbearing at all. They help tie things. Getting on to the game itself.....Wow. The story is fantastic and you once again feel a real attachment to Snake. The Graphics are completely stunning as well as the musical score, the controls ar sharp and responsive and all the new gadgets and weapons are fantastic too. If your a serious gamer with a brain you won't think twice about purchasing it. This is what the PS3 was made for. If this is the last Metal Gear Game, then they couldnt have made a better one to send it off with. Masterful stuff.

I got my copy of MGS4 today and have been playing it for about 6 hours non stop, its a masterpiece and i'm sure i'll still be playing it in years to come! The graphics are stunning the game play is awsome overall a stunning game buy it you wont regret it!

I have to say i have read some of the reviews from websites n mags n i guess thats kinda fuelled the hype of this game alot and tell the truth all the massive amounts of hype this game has been gettin I started to believe that the game wont live up to expectations.
Well let me just say. I got the game n installed it 10am on 12th of June and didnt put it down until 12:44am on 13th of June. THIS GAME IS THE REASON THE PS3 WAS BUILT!!!! words cant depcribe how good this game is, amazing presentation amazing graphics, outstanding cutsences and honestly some of the best voice acting ive ever heard in gaming history. after gta4 didnt live up to all the hype i thought the same would happen to mgs4, but please believe me this game owns anything released on any next gen console so far!! and its a ps3 exclusive.
thank you Hideo Kojima for blessing playstation3 with this truely amazing n epic game!!!

Where do I start, I've been playing this game since yesterday non-stop. Yes it is hard and yes the cut-scenes are just as long, well longer. But, if this is the start of the bridge from games to movie like experience in-game then this is it. The graphics are phenomenol, they are jaw dropping and if this is what the PS3 can do now, then the future bodes well for the PS3.
I am roughly 3/4 through the game (I guess). But this is the type of game you just cannot put down (the missus has been complaining to come to bed, yeah right!!!).
If you are to buy a game this year, this is the only game you should buy. Yes, if you never liked the series, then this may change your mind. As, there are so many ways to play this game, it is truly perplexing.
I haven't finished it, so I wont say much until I have. But, what i have played so far ties up loose ends and is in my view the best MGS ever. Kojima has made a masterpiece which will test the end of time.

This game has taken the title from Cod4 as King of Ps3, you cant really beat this game, the graphics are awesome, gameplay is smooth, online is quality, if your thinking should I buy it, is it really that good well the answer is yes it relly is that good. Add me BURDETT8
