This is a fantastic version of scrabble and even better because unlike the board game you don't have to find/force humans to play against you! The graphics are great, and game controls fairly intuitive, you can zoom on sections and move around the zoomed in board easily.
The only downside is that the words allowed are obscure, e.g. abbreviations, interjections are allowed and these settings cannot be changed. It also uses the Collins dictionary and this too cannot be amended.
That said, it still is highly addictive and challenging - definitely my best game so far rating above Brain Training, More Brain Training & Who Wants to be a Millionaire.

plenty of chances to win, not like computer scrabble. you work up to a variety of opponents with different skills, makes a game much more interesting or you can have 2 or 3 'people' in the game if you dont have much time. granny got hooked at xmas couldn't get any sense out of her!!! There are other word games to play which again generate points towards even more content. Excellent for word skills.

If you like Scrabble, you'll love this!! Excellent graphics. Music is a bit odd and creepy but thats what the volume button is for!! It is a good idea to actually have the meaning of the word scrolling across the screen once its put down on the board - makes it a bit more interesting!! I like going on the little 'Career' part and working up to play against the harder players. Still struggling to outsmart Angelina!!

I am so addicted to this game! You gradually face tougher and tougher players, but I have been unable to get very far with the timed game.
The mini games are also a lot of fun, particularly Puzzeletters.

I have owned this game for a few months now, but still love it as much as I did the first day I bought it. It has its flaws but you can still find it a rewarding experience, for example I thought I would find being unable to see the whole screen at once a bit of a downer, but I hardly notice it I am too preoccupied trying to beat my nemesis - Camilla. I have only managed to beat Camilla twice in several months of trying (the second time was today, the first time about seven weeks ago) and I play on average two or three times a day, which means the game is still an exciting challenge and there is still one better player to go after her, I don't think I will ever get tired of this game! This game is a fun challenge regardless of your skill level due to the various levels (characters) involved.
